Its better to book from where you get confirm tkt and then change boarding fromm window. You should book from Itarsi to Madgaon. After Booking get change the boarding point to Panvle from any nearby reservation counter. If you book from Jhasni one sleeper ticket will cost you 623 + Payment Gateway Charges While if you book from Itarsi one sleeper ticket will cost you 546 + Paymenet Gateway Charges So booking from Itarsi onwards you will save 77 Rs per passenger in case of sleeper.
