Presently 10 times a week people can travel directly by train to Bangalore from Vasco, Goa, where as, such provision in reverse direction is restricted only to 3 times a week. This is a very odd situation unheard of in railway system and is found only on this particular route if I am not wrong- normally there are pairs of trains running to and fro on any route/section. Tourist/passenger flow between two important destinations like Bangalore and Goa cannot be one sided, and this lop-sidedness need to be corrected at the earliest.
The imbalance sited here is due to the fact that everyday a section runs attached to Goa Expresss from Vasco up to Londa, where it is linked to Rani...

This anomaly can be set right, may be by originating from Bangalore the section that currently runs from Hubli to Vasco - attached to 1048(Hubli-Miraj Express)/2780(Goa Express), by running it with 2725 Siddhaganga Express up to Hubli. Fine, if there is a better alternative but this need should be urgently addressed.
