Blog Entry# 7598 Posted on: Sat Jul 04, 2009 (08:02PM) 1 Response Last Response on: Sun Jul 05, 2009 (10:24AM) hello, this is a lovely site, thx whoever is managing it. from domestic airport, how long would it take to reach delhi rohilla station, and old delhi station. I have a backpack so mobility isnt much of a problem. Is taxi the best way to go, or are there quicker options, ex, ring railway or metro. regards sorry, thre is no metro connection to airport at present. after getting down at airport, go to the prepaid taxi booth, inform your destination and pay the amount. you will be taken to Sarai Rohilla/old Delhi Station without any additional payment to the driver. Sarai Rohilla and Old Delhi Railway station are different from one another and in different directions. look in your tkt for boarding station. approx. time taken for sarai rohilla is approx 30-45 mts (depends on traffic). approx. time for old delhi station is about an hour. pls leave adequate time for any unexpected delays like procession etc. Other cheaper alternative is by auto - ask the traffic police booth in airport if auto is available go for it since you do not have any big luggage with you. | If you are an auth.
