On Indian Railways, it is "Indian" not a particular State or Station. So please refer to Southern Railway rather than Kerala. So, since TVC, nor KCVL have sufficient land for mainentance, what happens if they shift the yard lines to NCJ or Kanyakumari, unless the train is going to start from there ? Even if they do start from there, the quota of KCVL/TVC will be maintained. That's the SoP Standard Operating Procedure. And please it is Indian Railways, not New Delhi, West Bengal, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh or Tamilnadu, or Kerala. IR is borderless except for the borders of the Zones. And TVC/KCVL/KK come under SR. got it Sir ? Don't bring geographical bias into Railways, please ?
