By seeing the no of seeing available /train/seats/13981/1243/59, it looks like this train doesn't run full. Is this train a flop?

There are less passengers for end to end journey and more for intermediate destinations. Quite surprised though that now they are allowing people to board with general tickets and asking them to pay fare difference. Earlier it ws not allowed

Highly depending on people from CAN/CLT towards ERS and TVc and return. Patronage is always 90% upto ERS and 70 to TVC...In return there is average patronage is 75%..
