Hi I have purchased the ticket on 04th oct for 7th nov(3a WL 35 and SL 101) brahamputra mail and then observed that no movement take place. After that i realised that chhath puja will occur at that time . Can any one please tell if there will be too rush as i have been told at that time you have to face so much rush where you do not get ur reserved sleeper class confirmed seat as it will be preoccupied taking the advantage the train will start at night from delhi so tkt collector was also not available and you have to travel like hell Please clarify is anyone travels at that time on this train"(brahamputra mail ) and also let me know the chances for confirmation

see chhath puja will start from 5th nov and ends on 8th nov so for that be sure u are safe as ur's ticket is on 7th nov and the rush will already by 5th nov or 6th nov itself. And if anyway if there is still rush (which i don't think) and ur ticket is confirmed u will get ur reserved birth 101% either its SL or 3AC however now a days it's very crowded almost entire year . Also it's a very long distance train almost crossing 4-5 states so rush is obvious but be sure if you have confirmed tickt u will get ur seat. Also whether train leaves in early morning or afternoon or late night TTE will be there.
