every train (except garib rath) has a parcel van for carrying of heavy and bulky luggage. u can book it by 2 ways. approaching parcel office and let them send it as per their convenience and dates. carry it along with you on the day of your travel in HCPV of same train. u need to approach parcel office a bit early, get luggage booked and travel accordingly. exact prices may b obtained from the office itself, but if the 25kg parcel is nt bulky, u can carry it along with you as it falls within maximum permissible limits...if in parcel van, it will cost you somewhere around 200 rs.

Thank you very much.
My 25kg parcel is the box with 2.5 width and 2.5 length and 2 feet height dimensions. I think this box won't fit under the berth. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to keep 25kg parcel is the box with 2.5 width and 2.5 length and 2 feet height dimensions in the Coach Attainder cabin where he keeps bed rolls? I think Eluru station don't have parcel booking facility for major trains.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
