Dharmavaram in Anantapuram District of AP is well knows for its Silk Saries. Widely known as a Dharmavaram Silk. The industry is spread across the whole district with Dharmavaram being the center of marketing for the industry. One can hire an autorickshaw from the railwaystation to reach THOGATA street in the center of the town. The shops are spread in this old town through very small streets where the best shopping can be done by foot.
