Few years back many Railphans probably got shock of their lives when Duronto's TT was kept full 110 mins slower than 12951, Many had expected fireworks from to be launched Duronto but it was disappointing... :P :)

But its reality mumbai delhi section of railways always give higher attention rich/higher class of passanger than low/cheap class
Indeed the Duronto was unnecessarily kept slower. Everybody knows how ahead of schedule it runs. Still no considerable speed-up.
