It may be Didi in not putting much stress on GR as lalu ji's
Ministers should introduce new train but also look after the existing ones
I think not much importance is given on them

I dont think combine, this will come near to 1.5 to 2 Lakh (At Higest Scale)
Note: I havnt seen any GRP in GR ever.
Still this GR do have some 5-6 Lakh to spare before sanctioned as loss making!!!
