LSA of 12622/21 with 12625/26 was discontinued long ago. Now, 12625/26 does not have a fixed link whereas 12622/21 gets RPM WAP7 (Non HOG).

Ever since Kerala Express got LHB rakes, it has been getting WAP7 locos from various loco sheds. Prior to that, it had LSA with 12621/22.
12621/22 runs with ICF rakes and does not require HOG. So, a normal WAP7 without HOG is adequate. 12626/25 gets HOG loco from different loco sheds - RPM, ED, LGD, GZB, TKD, CNB, ET, AQ etc as it runs with LHB rakes.
Regular link of 12616/15 GT Express is a WAP4 from AJJ/ED. Sometimes it gets a WAP7 as offlink. But mostly, it is hauled by a WAP4....

Yes. The loco which hauls 12621 up to NDLS, comes back to MAS with 12622. Likewise, the loco which hauls 12615 up to NDLS, hauls 12616 too. There is no LSA between GT Express and Tamil Nadu Express.
