The train has second sitting showing on IRCTC site. Is this second sitting coach or a sleeper coach. The fare is similar to that of sleeper class. Has anyone travelled in this. Do they provide refreshments for this class.

Monsoon Timetable not updated for this train and for all trains passing through the Konkan Railway. Request admin to please update
I want to board the Netravati exp from Udupi which arrives past midnight. I will be at the station around 8pm. Is it safe to be at this station late in the night with family and boarding train which will be halting for about 2min. Concern is that at this time of night coach doors are usually closed from inside. If not opened then we may miss train.

Thanks for your suggestion which is good as the train halts there for 10 min. Will use this option
Earlier we used to get to see the average delay timings for train for each of the stations both in the timetable view and in the summary page. Now i do not get to see it .
Secondly the availability is also not seen.
Can anyone here also experiencing same and have solution to this issue

Ok,
This site had all the information travellers need in planning journey, etc. The official site is very bad as it does not contain information on one screen as this one.
If the official site cannot do proper justice why block others who are doing good work.
Unfortnately, if official site is not able to work professionally then others...

17014/17013 Hyb Pune Exp should be extended upto LTT or Panvel. There is a gap of about 4 hours between 2 trains to mumbai from Pune with the result the Deccan Exp goes overcrowded everyday. People sit in the unreserved coaches in this train right from 2pm waiting for its dep at 1530.
HYB Pune exp reaches at 13.15 and can continue till LTT which will give good patronage especially if some of its coaches are allowed as day journey reserved seating ex pune.
It can start from HYB at same time...
