Bokaro's revenue in reality is just below 10 crs including parcels. Freight services do not entertain the statistics of the station. Bokaro won't get any sort of long distance trains. The avg. station occupacity is even lowers than it's preceder and divisional headquarter. Population of the township doesn't matter the revenue. The high fare of premium class trains is the main reason for its qualification to A class station.

Do you know a large share of passenger earnings is donated to nearby stations because the citizens do not have trains ? TATA/DHN/RNC take away those earnings because BKSC does not have trains for Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Jammu, Indore, Bhopal, Jaipur, Agra, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Dehradun, and I can add more to this list. Moreover, the lack of local connectivity, just compare the number of local trains with PRR/ADRA, you will get the answer. And, the allocation of very less quota is also a problem. For instance, I book in 12440 NDLS-RNC and deboard at BKSC because you never get confirm seat for NDLS-BKSC section as there are only 5 seats allocated. This figure is even less than BBS Rajdhani which belongs to ECoR. Many passengers do the same. This is just one example.

Bokaro and Tata has steel economy that's doesn't mean their revenue generations are related. Tata lies on the Howrah-Mumbai mainline, getting a huge share of Bengal traffic. It's gets huge commuters from BKSC, DHN, ASN, PRR, DGR for west bond trains. TATA's present revenue is ₹140 crores including cargo, the highest in the zone.

They all wrote it blindly. None of them will be fulfilled by railways. Trains from DHN side are just impossible to be extended. PRR-VM exp can't be extended too. All trains are performing very well and Rail board is not going to hinder their performance. Instead new connectivity should have been pointed into.

**BOKARO TO GET STRONGER CONNECTIVITY TO BENGAL.**
BOKARO: Decades have past increasing the hunger of Steel City to another level. HWH Division in collaboration with ADRA Division has passed tender for doubling of KSX-GTD section and construction of BANKURA(Kalabati)-PURULIA single track section. While the areas and land for KSX-GTD double section is being excavated, the other has its plan yet to be thoroughly made. The expected year of compilation is 2020 following the trend of making new stations enroute.

ADRA: Adra Division has planned to develop small stations situated near WB, JH border like Tupkadih, Ispat Nagar, Pundhag and enhance passenger train connectivity. DCM said that Ispat Nagar station wil be developed and the route track renew work is already ongoing. The Bokaro township will get connectivity to various parts of Bengal like Adra, Bankura etc which will further link to near cities like Purulia, Asansol, Jamshedpur etc. After this the load of Bokaro railway station, will be distributed over the small stations.

BOKARO: Bokaro Steel City railway transport project was dropped today after lack of interest from private Bus Hubs. Adra Division initiatied this idea to transport people efficienctly to the railway station from the Steel City. The auction was open for the whole month of December and closed on 2nd Jan, 2017. Bus authorities and BSL didn't pay any interest to proceed. Presently, Santaldih of Purulia district, West Bengal has station transport system powered by WBPDCL. Through this method the passengers are transported free of cost or with minimal charge to the railway station by Bus as per scheduled train timings.

Fail হবে সেটা জানা ছিলো। বোকার স্টিল তো আর WBPDCL নয় যে অতো টাকা খরচ করে এই উন্নয়নে হাত দেবে। বাংলার বুদ্ধি বাংলাতেই রাখা উচিত। বাইরে গুরুত্ব না পাওয়া স্বাভাবিক।
