A while ago I was wishing that NER would develop Ramghat Halt as a passanger station and make a bypass line from Ramghat Halt to Darshannagar to avoid Loco reversal in Ayodhya so stations like Gonda, Bahraich & maybe Mailani in future can have direct connectivity to Varanasi.

And it looks like both these things are happening.
