367किमी लंबी रेल लाइन
कैसे होगा सर्वे
सर्वे में रेल लाइन के बीच आने वाली जमीन, बाधक निर्माण, कृषि भूमि, स्टेशनों के बीच की दूरी, सिग्नल, दूरसंचार, बिजली लाइनों की स्थिति आदि की विस्तृत रिपोर्ट तैयार होगी। स्टेशनों का निर्माण, ब्रिज, नदी-नाले आदि का भी सर्वे होगा। इस पर 3 करोड़ 27 लाख खर्च होंगे। रेल मंत्रालय इसी रिपोर्ट के आधार पर प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाएगा। 367 किमी लंबी इस लाइन पर तीन हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा खर्च होंगे। सूत्रों के मुताबिक अभी तक रेलवे किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट के लिए एकमुश्त बड़ी राशि जारी नहीं करता था लेकिन अब बड़े प्रोजेक्ट पर 40 से 50 करोड़ रुपए तक जारी करना शुरू किया है। इंदौर-मनमाड़ रेल लाइन संघर्ष समिति के अध्यक्ष मनोज मराठे का कहना है सर्वे शुरू हो रहा है, इसलिए उम्मीद है कुछ ही माह में काम भी शुरू हो जाएगा। हम लगातार अफसरों से अपडेट ले रहे हैं।
मुख्य काम शुरू होने में लगेगा समय
इंदौर-मनमाड़ रेल लाइन का सर्वे महीनेभर में शुरू हो जाएगा। उसके बाद आगे की प्रक्रिया नीति आयोग भी पूरी करेगा। मुख्य काम शुरू होने में सालभर का वक्त लगना संभव है।

महू-ओंकारेश्वर रेल लाइन का जीएम आज करेंगे निरीक्षण
इंदौर | पश्चिम रेलवे के जीएम जीसी अग्रवाल 12 सितंबर को महू से ओंकारेश्वर के बीच रेल लाइन का निरीक्षण कर प्रोजेक्ट के तकनीकी बिंदुओं को समझेंगे। 13 सितंबर को वे लोकसभा स्पीकर सुमित्रा महाजन के साथ बैठक में इंदौर-दाहोद रेल लाइन प्रोजेक्ट पर चर्चा करेंगे। 2008 में शुरू हुए इस प्रोजेक्ट का काम कछुआ गति से चल रहा है जिसे बढ़ाने के संबंध में अन्य अफसरों से राय ली जाएगी। वर्तमान स्थिति को देखते हुए इंदौर-दाहोद रेल लाइन प्रोजेक्ट 2021 तक पूरा होने की संभावना कम है क्योंकि इसमें कई तकनीकी दिक्कतें हैं। इन्हें दूर करने के संबंध में बात की जाएगी। धार-छोटा उदयपुर रेल लाइन को लेकर भी चर्चा होगी।

मनमाड इन्दोर रेल लाईन को successful करना हो तो गूना से झासी के बीच नयी रेल लाईन बनानी पडेगी. जिससे मुम्बैई पूणे से कानपूर जाणे के लिये via इन्दोर shortcut बनेगा

नरडाना धूलिया मनमाड लाईन शूरू होणे के बाद okha rmm exp और adi banglore exp को divert करके via nardana, dhuliya, manmad से चलाया जा सकता है जिससे 120km का distance कम हो जायेगा

He said that they have spoken to MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan too. the last railway budget it was decided to set up a SPV where besides the ministry of Railways, Maharashtra and MP governments would also be stakeholders.
An MOU between ministry of Railways and Maharashtra government had already been signed in April this year.
Meanwhile, Manoj Marathe, who filed a petition in Indore bench of MP high court for the proposed Indore-Manmad rail line project, told Free Press that he would be keeping a close watch on what the Railway minister and state government are doing in this matter.
Benefits of the project
- It will reduce distance between Indore and Mumbai Central by 250 km. At present the distance via Ratlam, Surat and Vadodara is 830 km. Via Indore-Manmad distance would be reduced to 580 km
- Travel time through the proposed project would be reduced by super fast train to five hours and four hours by express train
- Distance between Indore-Pune would be reduced by 100 km and travel time in super fast train by two hours and by express train by one to one and half hours
Project factfile
- Total distance between Mhow-Manmad is 339 km, out of which MP covers 147 km and Maharashtra covers 192 km
- In 2004, initial survey was conducted which estimated rate of return (ROR) 7%. Though, experts said that this was underestimated
- In 2009, second survey was conducted, which estimated ROR 14%
- There would be two tunnels each of 9.6 km and 5 km length
- Dhamnod, Julwania and Sendhwa would be major railway stations in MP
- On June 22, 2012 planning commissioner gave approval to the project saying 50% of the cost of the project would be borne by the railways and rest 25% each would be borne by Maharashtra and MP
- In 2015-16 Rail Budget Railway Minister, Suresh Prabhu again approved its renewed survey
- In 2016-17 Rail budget, the ambitious project was approved
- Project would be completed by SPV in which Railways ministry, Maharashra and MP governments would be stakeholders
- Railway ministry and Maharashtra government had inked a MOU for constitution of a SPV in Mumbai on April 22, 2016

This project will never be completed MP Govt does not fund for this. MP Govt only focus on MP Farmers & Opening new Engineering Colleges!!! Central Govt must support from MP side to complete this project.

ठरलेल्या केंद्रीय रेल्वेमंत्री सुरेश प्रभू यांनी गुरुवारी मात्र विदर्भ-मराठवाड्यासह मुंबईच्या पदरात भरभरून दान टाकले. राज्यातील सर्व म्हणजेच सहा महसूल विभागांना एकमेकांशी जोडण्यासाठी रेल्वेचे विस्तृत जाळे निर्माण करण्यात येणार असून यासाठी २२ हजार ९७६ कोटी रुपयांचे नऊ प्रकल्प चार वर्षांत पूर्ण केले जातील, अशी घोषणा प्रभू यांनी गुरुवारी मंत्रालयात पत्रकारांशी बोलताना केली.
मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्यासमवेत प्रभू यांनी गुरुवारी महाराष्ट्रातील महत्त्वाच्या रेल्वे प्रकल्पांबाबत सविस्तर चर्चा केली. या वेळी रेल्वेचे महाव्यवस्थापक आणि अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते. बैठकीनंतर पत्रकारांशी बोलताना प्रभू यांनी सांगितले, 'राज्यातील महत्त्वाची ४० रेल्वेस्टेशने अत्याधुनिक सुविधांनी सज्ज करण्यात येणार आहेत. या रेल्वेस्थानकांवर शॉपिंग मॉल्स, दुकाने, कार्यालयांसाठी जागा उपलब्ध करून दिली जाणार आहे. तसेच नऊ रेल्वे प्रकल्प लवकरात लवकर पूर्ण केले जाणार आहेत. त्यामुळे विदर्भ-मराठवाडा जोडणे जसे शक्य होईल तसेच कोल्हापूर ते कोकण असा मार्ग तयार झाल्याने कोकणात जाणे सोपे होईल. राज्य आणि केंद्राच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने हे प्रकल्प पूर्ण केले जाणार असून यासाठी रेल्वे आणि महाराष्ट्र सरकारची संयुक्त महाराष्ट्र रेल्वे इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेव्हलपमेंट कंपनीची स्थापना करण्यात येणार आहे. ही कंपनी रेल्वे प्रकल्प पूर्ण करून रेल्वेच्या ताब्यात देईल. रेल्वे प्रकल्प पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर या कंपनीचा त्या रेल्वेमार्गांवर कोणताही हक्क राहणार नाही.'
मुंबईतएसी लोकल, सीएसटीचे नूतनीकरण : मुंबईतीलजनतेला मेट्रो, मोनो, हार्बर, सेंट्रल, पश्चिम रेल्वे, बेस्ट बसेस आणि शेअरटॅक्सीसाठी एक तिकीट पद्धत सुरू करण्यात येणार असून हे तिकीट मोबाइलद्वारेही काढता येईल. मुंबईमध्ये टॅल्गो कंपनीच्या मदतीने प्रायोगिक तत्त्वावर भुयारी रेल्वेमार्ग तयार करण्यात येणार आहे. एसी लोकल १५ मे पासून प्रायोगिक तत्त्वावर सुरू करणार असल्याचेही ते म्हणाले.
