Had wonderful time and RF Session with NS Pradeep and Ravi sir on 15th August 2016 on the occasion of 39th Anniversary of the SR Speed star Vaigai Express
The Day Started with the Loco Decoration with assistance and guidance from few railway friends of mine , The Special Day Turned on our Energy once after Seeing My Favorite LP with my Favorite Train , The Day Bloomed with complete Happiness when the entire loco was surrounded by retired loco pilots and current loco pilots and other staff's of Vaigai , Retired Loco Pilot Mr D.Krishnan Welcomed Ravi sir and Pradeep we started the Honoring Ceremony , We honored the Loco Pilot G.Kathavarayan(the seniormost LP in SR/IR with 40+ years Piloting...

TN and GT would get Shortly , for Both GT and TN it require 8 Rakes for operation!! hopefully next train in MDU Dvn would be nellai !!

not only in the hearts of TN people bur entire India the one and only train which had 110 kmph MPS during MG days !! till date its running running like shatabthi in this region!!

Once a Great Grand Steam Loco Shed , Now an Abandoned Heritage Building , it homed 125 YP's YG's and YL's with a grand Turn table in the middle , The Area Besides this shed is named as Kari Medu(Coal Bunk) , Coal Deposits one side , Rusted Bonny Wheels of YP's the other side , Creepers and Bushes along the walls and Turn Table , few MG Lines running here and there this is the current status of the SR's one of the Biggest MG Steam Shed ... Presenting current status THE ROUND HOUSE STEAM LOCO SHED MADURAI for the 1st time, all 125 Loco's are dead , 34 bays are filled with garbage but still few among the 721 Employee's who worked here visit this place once in a week like they Visit a Temple, church,mosque , and one among the 721 took me to this treasure Trove
