Hello,
I am a handicapped person, I had a railway pass for ticket concession. My pass expired in November 2021. Now that railway has resumed concessional ticketing, I want to renew my pass.

Can I renew it online? I searched on Google and found out that different railway divisions or zones like Moradabad, Ahmedabad and Delhi have online portals to make or renew...

However, I'm from Thane district of MH and could not find any portal for central railway/ western railway for such a facility.

Is there any portal where I can apply?

Thank you Mishraji. I was trying to book tickets on train no 04707. The train is gonna start tomorrow, so I though booking will start today at 8am. Still, no booking started yet.
