from Sangli to Miraj( just 7 Kms distance) it takes 47 minutes. Londa to Alnavar ( 33Kms) takes 60 minutes. Dharwad to Hubballi (20 kms) takes 65 minutes. Pathetically designed time table. Looks like deliberate attempt to discourage people from using this train.

The time table for this train may seem to discouraging for passengers, as private buses take about just 10-12 hours to reach mumbai to Hubballi. where as the train scheduled train takes almost about 18-20 hours to reach Hubballi-Mumbai-Hubballi.
I guess railways need to speed up the train to make it attractive or else it may not prove to be a profitable train.

The demand was being made my local people to the railway minister since almost 5-6 years and now it has been implemented. yes I totally agree with you that there should have been prior preparation before such trains are introduced. It was announced keeping in mind the people of Hubli, Gadag, Bagalkot and Bijapur cities to get long pending demand for connectivity to Mumbai.

17322/Mumbai LTT - Hubli Weekly Express has average speed of just 38 km/hr and 17321/Hubli - Mumbai LTT Weekly Express has average speed of just 42 km/hr.
Highly disappointed with the time table.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
