Please help my colleague to get refund............
Pnr no.273954800
i have cancelled the ticket on 24th october, 2014 @ around 10-11am (While the chart prepared on 25th).
At that time I didnt get confirmation of cancelation hence i tried again , it showed 'your ticket is already cancelled'.
But

Irctc was showing it as 'booked'.but by clicking on view pnr status it showed canceled.
I tried for cancelation again on same day 24th and it showed 'your ticket is already cancelled'.
Then i checked pnr status on indianrail.gov.in&irctc.co.inseveral times and it was showing 'cancelled'.
After preparation of chart i again checked status and it was the same 'cancelled'.
Therefor i couldnt travel in the train.
Further after journey date, i tried to file tdr .the irctc did not allow to file tdr by stating 'your ticket was cancelled and you will get refund in 2-3 days.'
But i didnt get refund yet.
There must be technical error in irctc site which were showing the ticket booked even after cancellation and when i checked pnr status it showed 'cancel'. Also refusing to file tdr by saying 'the ticket was canceled and you ll get your refund in 2-3days.'
According to irctc customer care they say u have not canceled the ticket .
Please suggest.......

In irctc website it still shows 'booked' not can/mod.
Neither in cancellation history it is mentioned.
But indianrail.gov.in showed it 'can/mod'at the time of of chart preparation.
But m unable to prove
