धौंसवास-रतलाम क्यू ट्रैक से परिचालित इंदौर-जोधपुर-इंदौर एक्सपे्रस में सफर करने लिए टिकट संबंधी समस्याएं आने लगी हैं। रिजर्वेशन काउंटर पर यात्रियों को इस माह के आखिरी में ट्रेन में सफर के टिकट नहीं बनाए जा रहे हैं। बुकिंग से इंकार किया जा रहा है। साथ ही इसके बारे में ठोस जानकारी भी नहीं दी जा रही है। ऐसे में यात्री टिकट बुकिंग को लेकर भ्रमित हो रहे हैं। ऐसा माह में दूसरा मौका है, जब यात्रियों को ट्रेन के टिकट नहीं दिए जा रहे हैं।

बाद यात्रियों को इसकी सुविधा मिलना चाहिए। इसके उलट समस्याएं और बढ़ने लगी है। उद्घाटन ट्रेन चलने के बाद एक बार पहले भी गाड़ी नंबर बदलने को लेकर टिकट बुकिंग नहीं की गई थी। अजमेर-रतलाम-अजमेर स्टेशन के बीच परिचालन के दौरान गाड़ी का नंबर 19654-53 तथा अजमेर-जोधपुर-अजमेर के बीच 54801-02 नंबर से चलाई जा रही थी। 4 अपै्रल से जोधपुर-इंदौर के बीच एक ही नंबर से ट्रेन का परिचालन शुरू किया गया। ट्रेन का नया नंबर 14801-02 किया गया। इस वजह से अजमेर-रतलाम ट्रेन का 1 अपै्रल तथा रतलाम-अजमेर एक्सपे्रस का 2 अपै्रल को रेलवे ने टिकट बुकिंग पर रोक लगाई थी। इस दौरान भी स्टेशन पर यात्रियों को सूचनाएं नहीं दी गई।

Is there any possibility of having a charity account for railway where we can donate the amount in multiple of hundred or IR can add option for adding amount for Infrastructure development of Indian railway so people will get facilities faster if this project will complete after 2025 then ratlam Banswara we expect after 2050. Together we do much more I don't know when government employee will change there attitude & work faster for development. Railway connectivity is the baaic need because most of the people cant afford to travel in other option

If there was an account, people in the region would have flooded their money in, not even roads are being developed here(4laning of Burhanpur/khandwa- Indore state highway), forget trains.

this is my reply to one of the posts on 29 may 2016...".i dont know manmar comes under which railway zone ..but trust me ..moment the constr starts on area of responsibility of western railway, it will take minimum 15 yrs to complete line upto indore. we in indore have had enough of it . many projects started by WR years ago are yet to complete. just 22 km line bwtween indore- mhow is non functional for last 15 months. indore- khandwa will take minimum 10 years , indore- dahod again 10 years. fatehabad -ujjain 2 years (mind it this is also less than 25 km) . in short, please dont have hopes when it comes to western railway."

Thanks by the time this tunnel will going to be complete china will construct the train upto bihar border via Nepal. We are very slow in various project. Its better if double track will be constructed in gauge conversion as well as new line construction
