Due to the REVISED time-table at BYPL, I had to lose Rs 1480 on my ticket cancellation. Tweeted the same to RM, SWR and DRMSBC. CRS of BYPL called me on 1st August and informed that the refund will be given and requested to take back my complaint. Me and my bro (Admin Vijeth) went to the counter this morning and they offered us the chair to sit and again requested to take back the complaint which I did after receiving the refund... I really sensed IR is chugging forward. Thanks a ton Suresh Prabhuji..
