I am a regular traveler to Bangalore. Recently, I traveled by Brindavan Express from Chennai by A/C chair car. There is no arm rest, seat is fully extended and could not be adjusted. I made SMS complaint to Railways and the ref.ID is 120519080311. But the problem is a persistent one and is not being attended. When asked, TTE says that they too use to write down the complaint in their log book but the personnel at BBQ are not taking any prompt action as it is being outsourced. The problem exists not only in Brindavan and all the trains to Bangalore from Chennai including Shatabdhi train. Apart from the seat problem, pest problem is more. Can it not be solved by Railway authorities?
