Updates on ET-JBP electrification as on 6/2/2017.
1. The work of ET-PPI is approximately 99% completed.the bagratawa bridge and tunnel is now fully under wires.i think by this pace of work at the end of this month we can see the elocos on ET-PPI section.
2. The work of electrification is started on NU-PPI section.the pole work is done til kareli and work of pole is going on kareli station.the work of hole is completed till gadarwara and work of digging hole is in progress from GAR-PPI.
& 3pics are of Sontalai station which is completed under wires.
4 pic is of sub-station on bagra tawa station whose work is in progress.
5 & 6 pic is of bagra tawa station which is fully under wires now.
7,8,9,10 & 11 are the pics of Pipariya Station whose work of electrification is fully done.
12 pic is of karakbel station.
13 & 14 pic is of sridham station.
15 is of near bhetaghat station.
16 pic is of narsinghpur station whose only wiring work is left.
By this pace of work i think we can see the elocos on full ET-JBP section at the end of June 2017.

Sudden pickup into the pace of work being carried out faster than expected how did this change came into effect bcoz in January 17 there was an update there is pending electrification between the tunnel and most of nu gadarwada but its now almost completed only gadarawada pipariya section is left hope till September October 100% electrification between katni jabalpur itarsi section fully electrified and now the most important point to get considered is the travelling time to get reduced for which purpose is the electrification is going

It means that there is going to be big basket into wcr which will go slowly slowly as time goes on but not definite about the completion of projects any time in near future including itarsi ald electrification and jbp gondia with electrification completion does not have faith in railway authority for completing on time

In a nutshell, I've closely identified the progress of electrification work between Jabalpur and Itarsi. The details are given below.
1. Jabalpur (excl.)-Narsinghpur work is almost done. Wiring is complete. Work left is only on the two bridges over Narmada river. I think they are deciding to electrify KEQ-JBP at the end. Pic is given in my trip blog.
2. The pic
no. 1 & 2 gives the good news we all have been waiting for. The final section i.e, Kareli-Pipariya work has started. Holes have been dug from Gardarwara till Pipariya. You can see works-man digging holes for poles. Soon they'll reach Kareli.
3. Pipariya station is completely under wires now. Pics 3,4,5 shows the status. Wiring from PPI-BGRT is done. At few poles it is to be tightened. I've seen works-man tighten the wires, but due to immense speed of the train (thanks to ET shed monster WDP4b :p ) i couldn't capture those instants. Pics- 8,9 shows BRGT station status.
4. The only single line section of ET-ALD route i.e, BRGT-SQL has also begun to come under wires. Poles and wires are installed and only tightening needs to be done. Pics 9,10,11 are evident. Even bridge over TAWA river is getting poles to be installed.
5. The section after SQL is completed. Only tightening of wires is left at 4-5 poles.
Work is going on at decent pace. CORE is all set to trail the electrified section of ET-PPI in January and is working on that. I hope that was useful :)

This is a big and owesom news update that work progress has started between gadarwada and pipariya it was not expected anytime soon i lost hope of any progress till 2018 but it looks like we are going to have itarsi jabalpur electrified line very soon really u have made an awesome update today waiting for this kind of update from a very very long time

NU/Narsinghpur-ET/Itarsi Electrification update (Part of ALD/Allahabad-ET/Itarsi Electrification):-
I Traveled from Kareli to Mumbai by 12062(Till ET) + 12162(from ET), Yesterday.
Narsinghpur to Kareli updates given by my
brother, sorry due to fog and cold, not able to capture pictures.
Between Stations (Excluding Platforms area/Till Outer)
Narsinghpur- Kareli = Poles are established till baskheda-Kathotiya road railway gate, no wiring, hole work completed
Kareli-Bohani=Hole work completed, no poles
Bohani-Gadarwara= Hole work completed till Manakwara(Kareli- Gararwara road) railway gate, no poles
Gadarwara-Salichoka road =no poles, no hole work (no electrification Sign)
Salichoka road-Bankhedi = no poles, no hole work (no electrification Sign)
Bankhedi-Pipariya= Hole work completed, no poles
Pipariya-Sohagpur= Poles established, wiring work is in progress
Sohagpur-Guramkhedi= work completed
Guramkhedi-bagratawa= work completed
Bagratawa- Sontalai= poles established till tunnel from BGTA, work is under progress inside of tunnel
Sontalai-Gurra= work completed
Gurra-Itarsi=work completed till itarsi outer, BPL-JBP Division border Board
Station wise (only on Platform, between JBP end to Itarsi end):-
Narsinghpur= poles established wiring work is in progress
Kareli= no poles, hole work completed
Bohani= hole work completed, poles establish work under-progess
Gadarwara=no work (no electrification Sign)
Salichoka= no poles, hole work completed
Bankhedi= no poles, hole work completed
Pipariya= poles established, wiring work is in progress
Sohagpur= pole work under progress
Guramkhedi= work completed
Bagratawa= pole work under progress
Sontalai= pole work under progress
Gurra= work completed
TSS work is also running with full speed.
I think , may be that news will become true, that from JAN 2017, E-Locos will there between PPI-ET.

This is great news pipariya itarsi will be operational by march 17 atleast and i have seen too that excluding kachhpura jabalpur kachhpura to narsingpur almost completed and narsingpur to gadarawada is also about to get completed by june july 2017 but only the question ❓ mark arrises between gadarawada to pipariya now bcoz the work progress is nill or no work going on why is this happening don't know the reason funds shortage or some technical problem that is unknown railway officials r not updating any information about this section of electrification completely nothing let see what comes up in rail budget now thanks for gud update

new GM of WCR also feels that work of electrification b/w ET-JBP-COI is slow and he said it shud be completed now as soon as possible and he has done the window inspection of JBP-ET section and saw many problems and as per his inspection new instructions will be given to ofcls to complete electrification as soon as possible

Hi naye model ke liye jagah kahaan hai main railway station jabalpur me bcoz its too much busy now how it would be possible to actually design a new model of main railway station jabalpur ye kuch jyada ho gaya i think during electrification of railway line at jabalpur platforms there would be a bit difficult task bcoz it would effect train timings during that period this is y no electrification btw kachpura to jbp station upto adhartal station just bcoz of this route is not electrified till now everybody give there views please

Gud bhai that would be a biggest achievement for jabalpur one more gud news is that gondia balaghat electrification has started as its already been started railway line but really want this jabalpur balaghat section to be completed and electrified with completion till December 2017 if this happens bhai wo din jabalpur ke itihaas me bahaut bada din hoga these two projects should be completed with full force of top authority of wcr officials pace of work is really very very weak and slow

1- It is now assuming that JBP-Sukrimangela train will start in the month of SEPT. anytime but before running the protest regarding the TT of JBP-Sukri train is raising because WCR has created the TT in such a way that the new train will run for only 1 trip a day from both sides but people are looking
forward to atleast 3 trips a day as JBP-Sukri distance is less and max. time for reaching Sukri is 3 hrs so in this way for a full day the new train can take around 3 trips in each end so that passengers can be benefited but lets see what WCR will do.
2- Another year will take for the completion of survey of JBP-INDB direct route via Gadarwara-Budhni-Kannod-Dewas so most probably the full project will complete within 7-8 years approximately and other projects like JBP-Damoh direct new line survey will also start asap
3-Now all running staff specially TTE,HTTE,CTI etc. can stay in cheoki and now they dont have to go to ALD for resting as WCR had taken a private Guesthouse on rent in Cheoki to facilitate their staff and now staff goin frm JBP can stay in COI only and come back by their assigned trains.

Bhai how did you created a new mind set for jabalpur bina track i would like to say u something very urgently that many years b4 there was a news for jabalpur lalitpur new rail line project which was later dumped into dustbin but if jbp damoh is created by IR then it should get connected to lalitpur bcoz it will be a very big connectivity from delhi to south bound trains bhai this would be big achievement for jabalpur

I have created this mindset considering the completion of hbp g bg as train going south will come upto bina then instead of turning toward kte has directed towards jbp via damoh aur jbp m rukke ke directly btc g k raste bpq yni et bza line m chali jyngi jisse extra burden & extra preference to bpl will reduce a bit

Yes correct and this jbp route will also get heavy traffic if jbp connected to lalitpur via damoh from delhi to south bound trains bhai bina has been bypassed for going to north but bhopal cannot get relief bcoz it is in middle of main line let see what railway does take decisions in future bye

yes if in future JBP will get new line from INDB and Damoh then it will be a great achievement and then JBP will play a significant role of connecting north to south either from INDB/NZM,NDLS and if both these new lines will be constructed within 5-6 years then it will save lots of money of IR and also give faster south route thru JBP-BTC-G-BPQ so hope for the best and foremost now is the BGfication of Sukri-NIR-BTC asap and electrification of remaining stretch of ET-JBP and JBP-COI so lets c how much time it will take to complete and how soon we can see trains passing thru JBP to G and then towards south and elocos on ET-JBP route

What is the status of gadarwada pipariya rail line for electrification bcoz in april 2016 this part was absolutely empty no work was begin don't know the current status please update if you have any update on this part itarsi pipariya and gadarwada jabalpur was mostly completed only kachpura jabalpur gadarwada pipariya was left absolutely empty
