munish.nayyar29 6 blog postsWe have this train running successfully for more than a year now, however still there are few key stations which are still waiting for having stoppage. Pathankot cantt, jalhandhar. There is huge demand which will be addressed through these stations. It's already long waiting which should be looked into soon. To add couple of more key stops in such a long run train will not have any impact, but will definitely complete the objective of this train. Looking forward for your authorities attention.

Considering the Cantonment Area and fulfill the requirement of people access Pathankot Cantt station (sub-part of Himachal Dalhaousie, Dharamshala etc) to head south part of country.
It's advisable to have halt at Pathankot Cantt.

Happy to see that 22679 has halt at LDH, however not able to understand why this training isn't having stops at Jalandhar and Pathankot as well. Considering the Army cantonment and main connection to travel to Dalhaousie , it justified to have stoppage at Pathankot.
Please update on this.

Thank you for the response.
However i believe that public transportation is mend to fulfill the public demand and this premium status should not restrict in taking required decision. Since we don't have any direct train from north india to bangalore and Hyderabad and hence makes sense to have more stoppages.
