I have booked two “e-ticket” from CST to Raipur in Train No.12859 Gitanjali Express for journey Dated 30/11/2015 at 8:02:47 hrs on 02/08/2015,PNR No.8338230971 Seat allotted A1- 23 and A1-24, Mrs.Shantadevi Karwa senior citizen age 77 years was allotted A1 24 side upper berth while lower berth was available which is clear from following details.
I have again applied same Journey at 8:20:10 hrs PNR No.8460513708 and seat were allotted one side lower and upper berth thus it is clear that your system is not considering senior citizen requirement. Why your are announcing news that senior citizen will be allotted lower berth. Thus due to faulty system senior citizen not given lower berth. Now Please guide how can a women senior citizen can climb upper berth. Who is handicapped?
Please change her seat from A1 24 to lower berth in cabin without charging any amount due to fault on your system Copies of ticket are sent for ready reference.
You are also having tatkal and VIP quotas extra which you can be adjusted.
Please do the needful.
