Isn't it time for Guruvayur Express (MS-GUV-MS) to bypass Nagercoil Junction?Ananthapuri,Tvc Tpj intercity too bypass NCJ.Any suggestions?
Yes, ideally it can be. It can be supported by various departures towards Tirunelveli in the morning from NCJ. But this will have to be done in a phased manner to avoid problems.

Regarding CAPE ppl, ideally NJT and NCJ is not so close to the bus stand. So, considering operational aspects and also the fact that for beyond 100 kms you can travel a km or two extra to reach NCJ OR NJT wouldn't be a problem.

Yes, the train ran between NCJ GUV as ONT and clubbed with MDU MS koodal express (day train) and thus arose the guruvayur Egmore express
It will be changed to SF mostly, it has good seniority (except being regulated). It won't disturb caterences; consider this TT below:
