This train never received ontime or slightly delayed to ECR from NCR ..always 6+ hrs late ..
Same Hwh Duro departs Hwh ontime and always reach Mgs before time ..due to slack ..
But slack is in down also ..Yet no sign of Delay recover as it's equal to Reschedule train in down ..

TT formation mein RB decide karta hain with asking from that respective zone in which train's stoppage is der ..
So cnb TT is the time table on which NCR ald aggreed upon..and
Culprits are RB and NCR ald ..
MGS TT responsible ..Ecr / RB
