Night time is only good for sleeping. Morning (6:00 am- 9:30 am) is the best time for rail fanning. Travelling during daytime is tiring and can reduce tiredness by travelling in CC or EX. Most of the people prefer night travel while travelling 400 km or more.

Such polices will only reduce the income of the Indian Railways. People will stop travelling in these trains and will prefer flight. People do not travel in trains for fun. This policy bars the entry of the middle class people into these trains. The worst thing is that this policy is for only classes like 2A, 3A and CC, in which about 80%-90% people travel, and not for classes like 1A and EC, in which the rich people travel.

If you want to predict the confirmation of tickets visit the site trainman.in. Check the confirmation chance before booking a train if it waiting list or RAC and book. Use the PNR number to predict chances of confirmation also.
