what is so peculiar about faridabad-agra tracks that makes it to support the speed of 160 km/hr than any other rail tracks in india.

Is there so much patronage between ASR and CDG? I don't think so. This train should be converted to Shatabdi or Jan Shatabdi. Railways has limited resources and should be intelligently deployed. This Duronto is started only for political reasons.

I think there is one correction here, nearest station for Alirajpur would be Dahod which is around 70 km from there.

In IR we need six parallel tracks from NDLS to MAS . Two lines for superfast trains with speed of 200km/hr and stops at every 100km interval. Two tracks for slow passengers and goods trains. Two tracks for supporting for fast tracks for continuous maintenance. Crossed four parallel tracks from Kolkatta , Mumbai, bubhaneswar, ahmedabad, Hyderabad and so and so as many as links to the above NDLS-MAS tracks. If railway construct such a structure we can reach within 12 hours e whatever may be our source and destination. Means every 15 min one train has to pass on these tracks like Mumbai local trains.We may not required reservation also. Please request everybody.

Having tracks like this will be very very costly. Just building tracks ill not be sufficient as running at these kind of speed require tracks to be completely isolated by means of fencing/elevated/underground. Add the cost of land acqusition. Even if such kind of tracks and train services are built then they will not be able to earn any profit. Ticket prices will be way to high and passengers will prefer air traffic over railway. It will be better if the same money is spent for developing new airports.
