Grievance Description : THE COMPLAINANT WANT TO KNOW THAT SASARAM (SSM) RAILWAY STATION IS A GRADE "A" STATION LIES UNDER ECR BUT FACILITY LIKE INSTALLATION OF RO WATER POINT,WIFI,IRCTC FOOD -E- CATERING IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS STATION. THIS STATION GIVES GOOD REVENUE EVERY YEAR THEN WHY THE ABOVE MENTIONED FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Details : The facilities mentioned like RO, Wi-Fi does not come under essential facility for A class stations. The forthcoming facility at SSM in pipeline are- 1. Water vending machine (04) with RO will be commissioned in April'17 2. Tender for Fast Food units, Catering stalls etc has been called or in pipeline. The facilities at SSM is being improved continuously.
