Blog Posts by WELC0ME 2 PONDY Page# Showing 1 to 10 of 318 blog entries next>> in irctc i booked 1 etkt,which emained in wl @ charting..now how to find out the refund amount and status of the refund in irctc site?? navigation i want specificaly after logging in check your booked history after few hours...status will show as cancelled and the pnr will be moved to cancelled tickets...reason for cancellation mentioned as wl cancellation...refund details will be provided over there and amount debited into your account... generally full amount minus (bank charges + irctc charge + service tax if upper class tkt) is refunded in case of wl cancellations... thank you.. yes i found it sir, i booked 1 cc ticket in pallavan exp for 17th may..which costs 317 rs +10rs bank chg..no if its remain in wl after charting ..then how much i will get refund.? Refund Amount = Total Amount - (Clerical charges +Service Tax+ IRCTC Charges+ Bank PG Charges) ticket fare is 295(incl s.t rs10)..so i will get 285-30=255 only...big loss in booking with irctc..better to book over prs.. here i loose 72rs in total..whereas in prs i would have lost only 30+10 st.. am i coorrect? What about to and fro charges from home to PRS + standing in line + time taken??? -- They are compensated by the additional charges :) sir, i pray god that my ticket gets cnf..so i will get 317.47 from my bank as TA ..otherwise i will loose 30 ruppes extra.. :P by the way..from my place(koliyanur)to villupuram by bus up/dn Rs 4x2=8 rs but standing in the line and time taken is the main issue that not b converted in terms of money..yes i agree..but srg sir..generaly vm-prs remains empty thorughout the day excpt tatkaal time..and only 1 counter opens ..everyday out of 3..just bcz of that.. any ways what you had told i agree..i agree and yes, i agree sirji! There is some land problen in central route near Boubazar .. .. sir, i ant to travl following places in karnataka-- bangalore-humpi-coorg-rajiv gandhi national park how to plan and we want to start from bangalore..and end also...plz guide us the route and nearest staion what is the diff betwn ac1st and 2 ac apart from separate cabin and extra fare..any facilites that i can get by booking a 1ac ticket provided by ir lot alot of difference 1srt ac t 2nd ac.........1.seperate cabins of 4 in one or 2 in one 2.carpeted 3.dining table 4.bright lights 5.bathroom indicators 6.distance indicators with alaram for the required station..7 call bell for attendant 8..well furnished bathrooms and dress rooms and shower bath facility 9.cupboard for coat etc with hangers 10 more lugguage room and leg stretch place 10 ladder to climb upper bberth ..so many including security 2nd ac only curtain seperator and if u get side berth it is as good as 3rd ac with cost of 2nd ac fare...many wl be peeping into your cabin by lifting curtain.night time distrubance by putting lights and sounds..width same as 2nd class or 3rd ac and leg streth (leg room) is short.not secured if the uppder berth fellow want to sit on lower berth you cant sleep by giving space to him or her where as ...
