coaches are bad, and i guess all the ageing coaches of India are stocked up by the Eastern Railways. both HA-1 and A-1 were of early 90 make .. mice all over the floor , cooling effect was bad, bedroll provided minus towels , dirty and broken toilets for both HA-1 and A-1. Way to go Eastern Railways .. time you guys buck up and upgrade the standard of your trains , (hope someone from ER reads this blog) . NR would give tough fight to ER (not to defame anyone but i am generalizing my experience with the overall standard of the coaches , that too of a SF standard train)
if I compare ER with NFR, i would rate the coach standard of NFR far better .

If the attendant dont provide u the towel, then ask for it. and if he still dont provide it, then call for the compliant book...they have d towels, but they dont provide it coz few people take the towel with them. I availed the towel after a few arguments with the attendant n tte....
