This train should be converted into a new class of train where stops should be provided at major staions in kerala but ot should be provided stops in other states.
The train must start from TVC and must stop at Ktym,Ern,Tcr,Srr,Clt,Can,Kgq.From Kgq train must directly go to ltt.A 2 min Stop can be provided in Thane,In this way the train can be fully utilized and also kerala wont lose its quota to any other state.If this is done i guess the train will run full on most of the days.

Kerala SK has a stop at Panvel and at Vasai road, thereby providing the 'SK' connectivity between mumbai and Kerala.

12958 running with atleast one extra 2AC coach. Booked tatkal ticket today for 16th nov 2012, and got accommodation in 'AE1' coach.

PASCHIMRAILWAY^~ 6475 blog postsi have traveled twice in 3A of this duronto...the catering in this is not at par with the catering of 1251/52/53/54....why is this so...and also they dont serve ice cream in duronto while in raj and Aug raj they do serve...any idea...why such difference in food quality and catering service...??? even my next trip to and fro to delhi is in this duronto only will check out if there is some improvement or not...!!!!

The difference of 195 is probably because high tea is provided in rajdhani express and not in duronto. Effectively there are 3 meals (high tea + dinner + breakfast) in rajdhani while two in duronto (breakfast + lunch). (Of-course bed tea is provided in both). This is just my guess.

High tea is 'early evening meal', typically taken between 5 and 7 PM. In other words, Evening snacks + tea.

Traveled by this train yesterday from ADI to PUNE. Firstly, no water bottles were provided, contrary to what is mentioned on the IRI site. Admin please change it.
In fact, there were no coach attendants in coaches B4, B5,B6 and B7. didn't check the other coaches.
On asking the TTE confirmed that water bottle is never provided on this Duronto.

I traveled from ADI to PUNE and faced the same issue. No water bottles, no attendants. Some how I managed to find one of the attendants and he said that since it starts at 2230 hrs so no water bottles too. The only thing that confuses me is that BCT-ADI duronto starts at 2325 hrs and reaches ADI at 0600 hrs, still waters bottles are provided there. !!
