anybody there who can answer my question
My uncle residing in Varanasi, he has to come to delhi (Sir Ganga Ram ) for periodically/ quarterly checkups. He has some heart trouble.
Do any body know how he can take advantage of Heart trouble concession(where to make required documents and all formalities regarding concession)?
Please tell and suggest? I feel very grateful to him/her?

pl contact the nearest res counter for more details about concession. they will be able to guide you as to what is exactly required and you can make the required certificates, attestations etc. Without any guessing, pl go to the nearest res. counter and check with enquiry counter.

The main questiion was - what all documents are required to be produced for getting concessional tickets. if some blogger has availed, pl give the information for all.
that was the reason, i advised Feroz to go to the nearest res counter for checking about the required documents.

How do we get Confirmed Talkal tiket? Can you suggested from where to book talkal ticket from IRCTC site or from IR counters because i observed that as soon as Talkal quota open, it exaust with in 10 or 15 minutes.

Some of the irctc auth e ticket agents are here available to help you better in booking matters. The name of some agents are given below the admin member list. Me & Mr Hetul are among them.
Some people here always forget it & try to send people at PRS counter specially for tatkal bookings. There is not any guarantee of confirmed tatkal tickets at PRS.

They charge passenger basis & amount is based upto demand, passenger type (not-fixed)
The IRCTC update is:
1. Rs. 10 service charge is for sleeper (Ticket based)
