Pl. dont blame any online authorised agents for this. we are authorised agents ' Sweta Travels ' from mumbai, & we like to inform you that since last 45 days we are not been able to book any single confirmed ticket, all our tatkal booking booked only after 08.30 am with tatkal waitlist.
We think that tech. staff of the irctc's server (maintanence) are the real culprit for all this, its in thair hand for smooth troublefreee run of the said irctc's server,
corruption starts from there only, also we think there...

are two server, one called prs on which window booking made & other is of irctc, so while prs system works normal due to milibhagat of internal staff & booking clark, as everybody 's share involved there, in irctc's server who is going to pay bribe ??
obviously they must get thair hafta from the booking windows syndicate.
they pay to tech. staff to hang the irctc's server, so all the booking can be done from the counter only .
so pl. raid to the tech.dept. officials, how much bank balance they had ??

I concur to the fact that i could never book a tatkal ticket thru IRCTC website. As soon as I open the site at 8.00 am, the tickets are already full or else the site takes pretty long time to open. IRCTC should improve the conditions.
