HO(High Official) Quota is released approximate one hour before charting as per the applications obtained. If some of its seats remained non utilized these are alloted to confirm the different type of wailists(GNWL, RLWL, PQWL & CKWL). So it get exhausted fully at the time of charting. So no issue of getting berth from HO Quota after charting.
