Sir, today 12311 Kalka reached Kalka at 1400hrs and Shivalik Dlx had already departed at 0530Hrs in the morning... Does railways make any arrangement or help for the passengers to reach Shimla who are carrying reservation tickets on Shivalik DLX??

But Basu Sir a question, I am having a booking on 06th Dec 2011 for 12311 Kalka Mail and connecting 52451 Shivalik on 08th. Recent running information for 12311 is showing abnormal delay. What will be the consequence if Kalka mail arrives late for connecting Shivalil Dlx...Please suggest. Thanks in advance :)
