Not true Sir, u can also see Sayaji Nagari, Kutch Express, Suryanagari Express , Gujrat Express, Saurastra Express, Saurastra Janta, all are getting WCAM 1 on a regular Basis.

I do not think trains which do not have 1 AC will be augmented with a 1 AC coach... 1 AC are only their with very popular trains... Motive may be not to be competitive with all trains and some trains are kept aside...
