URGENT ATTENTION: THE CONCERNED RAILWAY OFFICIALS:
I am traveling from New Delhi to Chennai Central via. Tamilnadu Express. I boarded the train on 14th December, 2011 at New Delhi station and the train departed at 22:30. Ever since I got into my coach No. A3 (2 tier a/c) I found my berth (No.43) infested with cockroaches. I could not sleep throughout the night and they had entered the food parcel and therefore I could not eat anything. I am sending this message from the train using my wireless internet service. go to TTE and get the complaint book and complain...
or meet the pantry manager/ gaurd to get the complaint book and report... Action wil be taken ...

I suggest you go to the passage near the toilets (both sides) and look for a sticker which has handwritten date of the pestcontrol done with the name of the pest control company. This info help you if and when you bring the issue up with the authorities

You can complain to the Train Attendant who travels in the train (mostly near the Cabin door in either end of the coach). he may do something to help you get rid of cockroaches.

Complain to TTE and note the details of complaint page and report to concerned authorites. It is one of the best train. Last year december i travelled in 2Ac from BZA to NZM. It was good
