Trains stop at North as well as in Peelamedu instead of stopping all Train in a Station it would be better split the Stoppage to all stations en-route. I am not requesting to stop JS at Singanallur but Kovai Exp and Intercity Exp has to STOP a minute in both directions so as to help prople in this area. Perhaps in the reverse direction i.e. from MAS-CBE a stop could be provided. That would decongest CBE station for a beginning. But the approach to the station at Singanallur is so difficult, and parking area around it, can you work out a solution/ perhaps if you get down and try to travel to your place or other places, you might find that it is better to get down at CBE Central and take 1C which runs every 3-4 minutes in addition to others and reach home faster ! Peelamedu and North stations are not like that. Both stations have improved a lot after the doubling. New long platforms at Peelamedu seems like its bigger than Tiruppur.... Express from CBE can stop at both these places. If considering Singanallur, then next would be Sulur Road and Somanur. A halt at Coimbatore North will help in reducing the load on the Coimbatore Junction to a great extent. He is saying since 2084 Jan Shatabdi stops at Irugur (new stop introduced) similarly Singanallur should also be made a stop. By the way the distance between Singanallur and Irugur is not much. If at this rate people ask for stops, then Shatabdi would lose its very meaning. Irugur has been provided to provide for some bye-pass for another superfast I think at the moment. There is talk of Duranto between CBE-MAS and hence this stop for JS may have been provided to allow Duranto thru run.... it's a guess. Good wishes. I think no express trains stop there....He is asking to make JS a passenger..... How will the introduction of Duronto will create JS to stop at Irugur?
