lot of brokers present at station near parcel room.
After some negotiation my deal finalized at Rs 2200.00.
The actual bill then handed over to me was of Rs 1250.00. (I guess I had given lil more here).
Additionally Rs 500.00 were given for Packaging and loading. They really packaged very well. No scratch or harm to any of head-tail light or side indicators..They also opened the rear view mirrors and packed that too with bike only.
At Nizamuddin station parcel delivery is at platform-8, lil difficult to reach here.
At delivery counter i presented the challan (the carbon copy), My bike was arrived 2 days earlier, so they took Rs 140.00 from me.
I don't know what is exact rate, but I heard first 24 Hrs is Rs 10 and after that Rs 9/Hr.
A delivery counter got two slips. Went to store where bikes were kept, they took one of those slips, made gate pass. I searched my bike and i got the bike within 5 minutes.
I opened the packing myself as no one came near to ask for so.
No any extra money was asked at Nizamuddin railway station.
So to summarize my bike was transported from Pune to Delhi in Rs 2840.00 (2200+500+140).
Some important point to keep in mind:
Take original RC (Registration Card) at time of booking and receiving.
Empty the fuel tank at booking. (Although in my case there was at least 1.5 Ltr petrol in my bike's fuel tank and fortunately at no place it got objected)
