I have booked 6 tickets in ladies quota, in that 4 are confirmed and 2 are in waiting list. I want to cancel 1 confirmed ticket. What happen to the waitlisted paasengers. it will confirm or still remain waitlisted?
or if I cancelled all the 4 confirmed paasengers, the 2 waitlisted passengers get confirm tickets are still remain waitlisted?

Very good question. at booking time you had mention all passengers under ladies quota for 6 tickets , if available 4 ladies quota , 4 berths is conf to first 4 tickets , remain tickets 2 are W/L .
now if canceled 2 conf tickets from ur PNR .
surly remain 2 tickets will be conf ..

I want to travel from Renigunta to Chennai by 11041 Mumbai CST to Chennai Exp on Sunday 8th September. If We can travel in a reserved compartment with a General ticket paying additional reservation charges to the TTE? and how will be the crowd on sundays, if We travel in General compartment?

rush will be commendable on weekends. yes, you can travel in reserved compartments with tkt of UR subject to availability and with prior permission of the tte. but better to book the tkts. it shd confirm
