Suggestion made vide your above quoted letter above has been examined and position concerning coaching is as under:-
Introduction of superfast train between Mumbai and Porbandar.
Following direct trains are available connecting Mumbai area and Porbandar:-
 19215/19216 Mumbai – Porbandar Saurashtra Express daily
 19261/19262 Kochuveli – Porbandar Express weekly
 19201/19202 Secunderabad – Porbandar Express weekly
These services are considered adequate looking to the present level of
traffic.
Additional superfast train between Mumbai and Porbandar is operationally
not feasible due to terminal / maintenance constraints at Mumbai and track
capacity constraints on Mumbai - Surendranagar section.

Now official confirmation on its daily run.

INCREASE IN FREQUENCY AND CHANGE OF TRAIN NUMBER
With a view to smooth monitoring of train services and increase in frequency of train services committed in last railway budget, it has been decided to increase the frequency of Visakhapatnam-LTT-Visakhapatnam Express with change of train number w.e.f. September 2013.
22819 Visakhapatnam-LTT Express now leaving Visakhapatnam o­n Wednesday and Saturday will run daily w.e.f. 10th September 2013. In the return direction, 22820 LTT-Visakhapatnam express leaving LTT o­n Thursday and Sunday will run daily w.e.f. 11th September 2013.

Consequent upon increase in frequency of 22819/22820 Visakhapatnam-LTT-Visakhapatnam bi-weekly express to daily, this train will run as ordinary express train instead of Superfast at present. Accordingly, 22819/22820 Visakhapatnam-LTT-Visakhapatnam express will be changed as 18513 (Visakhapatnam-LTT Express)/18514 (LTT-Visakhapatnam Express) from the above days.

Now Real Problems when asked SM.
First OHE Wires Problem.
And Then after Short Circuit in Signalling System.

* 16334 TVC VRL Express led by ERS EDM 3A was Stranded at BOR outer South Side from 00:20 to 02:45 Am after an Oil Tanker was looped at Pf1.
*Then an Overhead Inspection Car at 01:20 am from Valsad Side came and passed through pf 2 to South Side.
* At 02:45 Pm 12901 GMail Left BOR
* At 02:48 Am 16334 TVC VRL Express was brought to pf 2
* After 16334 Departed, 16507 Bangalore Jodhpur Express Hauled by KJM WDP 4 20024 was allowed to pass nearly 02:53 Am
* After 16507 Passed, 19037 Avadh Express was Brought to pf 2 at 03:10 Am.
* After 19037 Avadh Express Departed, 12239 Jaipur Duronto Hauled by WAP 5 30049 was allowed to Pass at 03:15 Am
* After Jaipur Duronto Passed, 12268 BCT ADI AC Duronto Express Hauled by WAP 5 30057 was Allowed to Pass nearly 03:20 Am
* After Ahmedabad Duronto Passed, 22901 BDTS UDZ Express Hauled by WCAM 1 21835 was Allowed to Pass nearly 03:30 Am

Loco Failed of 12927 Vadodara Express which was being hauled by WCAM 1 21830 nearly 03:40 Am.
The Pantograph Broke Down.
* Workers in 19018 Saurashtra Janta Express and 19144 Lokshakti Express were called from Dahanu and they Arrived BOR at 04:00 Am
* 12962 Avantika Express was allowed to pass at 04:20 Am.
The Loco of the Container Rake at 4th Track was taken off and Brought to Pf 3, *12902 GMail was stranded for 30 Minutes outside BOR Stn North Side.
repairs Were being done to Loco of 12927 BRC Express.
* Atlast at 04:55 Am, 12902 GMail was allowed to pass
* After GMail Passed, WAP 5 30061 Hauled 19708 Aravali Express Passed BOR at 05:10 Am.
* After Aravali Express Passed, BRC WAP 4 22918 Hauled 19006 Saurashtra Mail Passed BOR at 05:20 Am.
*Finally the Loco of 12927 was repaired and 12927 Departed BOR at 05:10 Am.

Loco of 12959 Dadar Bhuj Suffered Minor Failure outside BOR Stn South Side of Pf 2.
The Same Team was sent then for repair.
Finally it Departed BOR at 05:45 Am.
* Then 19019 Bandra Dehradun Express led by GZB WAp 7 30231 Passed BOR at 06:10 Am.
* And then arrived ADI Bound BCT ADI pass with BL WCAM 1 at 06:20 Am.
