-एक अक्टूबर से सभी ट्रेनों का मुगलसराय में होने लगेगा ठहराव
चंदौली: मानव संसाधन विकास राज्य मंत्री एवं चंदौली के सांसद डा. महेंद्रनाथ पांडेय की पहल पर संसदीय क्षेत्र की जनता को एक और नई सौगात मिल गई है। रेल मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने मुगलसराय में नई रेल गाड़ियों के ठहराव को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है। इसमें मुगलसराय स्टेशन पर वे गाड़ियां जिनका यहां तकनीकि ठहराव था। उनका कामर्शियल (वाणिज्यक) ठहराव भी होने लगेगा। इससे यात्री यहां से भी आरक्षण लेकर इन रेल गाड़ियों में अपनी यात्र कर सकेंगे। रेल उपभोक्ता सलाहकार समिति के सदस्य प्रमोद तिवारी के अनुसार जिले के लिए यह बड़ी उपलब्धि है।

बड़हरवा-किऊल रेलखंड की विद्युतीकरण की प्रकिया शुरू हो गई है। रेलवे बोर्ड द्वारा वर्क आर्डर एप्रुव करने के बाद पूर्व रेलवे विद्युतीकरण को लेकर डिटेल प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट (डीपीआर) तैयार करा रहा है। रिपोर्ट तैयार होने के बाद इसे रेलवे बोर्ड स्वीकृति के लिए भेजा जाएगा। विद्युतीकरण का कार्य सेंट्रल ऑर्गनाइजेशन फॉर रेलवे इलेक्टिकफिकेशन (कोर), इलाहाबाद के जीएम की देखरेख में होगा। रेल बजट में बड़हरवा-किऊल रेलखंड की विद्युतीकरण की घोषणा के बाद रेलवे बोर्ड ने अपनी ओर से पहल शुरू कर दी है। रेलवे बोर्ड के निर्देश पर डीपीआर तैयार करने के लिए टेंडर निकाला गया। टेंडर फाइनल होने के बाद विद्युतीकरण को लेकर डीपीआर तैयार किया जा रहा है। डीपीआर तैयार होने के बाद स्वीकृति के लिए रेलवे बोर्ड भेजा जाएगा। डीपीआर की स्वीकृति के बाद बड़हरवा-किऊल रेलखंड का सर्वे सेंट्रल ऑर्गनाइजेशन फॉर रेलवे इलेक्टिकफिकेशन के चीफ प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर की देखरेख में कराया जाएगा। सर्वे के बाद मामले को रेलवे...

बोर्ड के पास भेजा जाएगा। बजट में राशि का प्रावधान होने के बाद टेंडर निकाला जाएगा और इसके बाद विद्युतीकरण का कार्य शुरू हो जाएगा। इस कार्य में तीन सौ करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान है। समय पर राशि मिलने पर कार्य के तीन से चार वर्ष में पूरा होने की संभावना है।
