In 3AC B2 the AC is not working n rain water is dripping into the compartment, worst compartment than third class compartment, no staff is taking any action into it

Luggage become wet which are kept under the seat due to water tripping into the compartment, never saw such worst condition of compartment, we pay 3rd AC price n getting condition worst that 3rd class compartment

Appreciate ur concern but we should not break the rules n create inconvenience to others by pulling chain, I have tell IR employees at any level we the customer life safety security n convinence in your hands. So always do ur job with dedication n give with the motto that every customer once comes out of the station n train n admire say WOW!!!,

The Journey by Marusagar was pathetic, no water in the compartment for toilet and due to rain water was dripping into the compartment from the window of AC class, We complaint TTE he say we cant do anything as this is tested and maintained by the concerned Maintenance Department by the yard. Passenger finally lost the patience and started pulling the chain. The full story will be covered and updated later once arrived.
I don't know Why Railway discard the coaches which are more than 10 years old as the coach factory are now developing new LHB racks which are better than the old ones. Secondly when IR will update the status of Marusagar to SF ast train and update...
