how is the 5 digit numbering system will identify trains as sf or normal exp or zone ?? very confusing statement by indian railways
eg: 2424 would be 12424 .. how does the zone and the sf differentiate ?
2302 would be 12302 .. so how does the the ER division and SF is differentiated ?

would be say take example of Brahmaputra mail ,
4056 would be 14056 , so how do you identify the zone and sf status ?
can anyone clarify this confusion ??
