Last year IRCTC announced that they'll come up with Rolling Deposit Scheme (RDS).
Q1) Does anyone has any idea if the scheme has been launched?
Q2) If it has been launched, can anyone please guide me how to register myself for RDS? I couldn't find any link in irctc website for RDS.
