Click to open. Yes you can. Just go to any of the PRS counter ( from where you can buy reserved rail tickets) and ask them about 'boarding point change form'. Fill the form and along with your ticket reserved ticket and ID card show it to the officer at reservation counter.. he'll sign it and will allow you to change the boarding point.. but do it before 24 hrs departure of train from originating station 1 posts are hidden. If I've booked a train ticket from dadar ... train starts at cstm .... so due to some reasons.. can i board that train at cstm instead of dadar because it takes hardly 10 min to dadar from cstm and is there any official way so that i can change my boarding point???? 1. quota is same for both dr and cstm station. 2. it's long distance train (16381-- CSTM CAPE EXP) so no one will book from cstm to dr.... 3. My ticket is confirmed from dr to pgt... Kindly spend that 10min in the UR. As the TTE may fine you. P.S- Boarding cant be changed. No you can't change BP in this scenario since difference in Kms will be there..Buy a General Ticket from CSTM to DR and travel thats the simple way.. thanks.. for your replies..
