1. You would need a modern mobile or desktop browser. No Opera Mini. You would need to ensure that you have good internet connectivity.

we'll try to make the questions/answers somewhat interesting and satisfactory.

3. 15 seconds for each answer. There will be a countdown timer that will go to the next question automatically. You may change your answer within the 15 seconds, but after that, you won't be able to go back, etc.

4. The quiz and the questions will be delivered simultaneously, and there won't be any time for Googling, etc., given the 15 second timer. The quiz will start @ 8pm sharp as per the IRI time shown at the top, and will be over @ 8:05pm. It is a short and quick quiz; everything will be over in 5 minutes.

5. Negative points for wrong answers. Random clicking won't prove worthwhile.

6. Open to all logged-in IRI members.

7. One (or more if there is a tie) winners getting maximum points.

8. Prize: Your profile will prominently display that
a. You won Quiz Contest #1 held on Feb 3, 2013.
b. No. of participants in the contest.

Needless to say, depending on feedback and response to the first quiz, more contests may/may not be held on a periodic basis.
