It is due the heavy rush for tatkal booking. Can we raise this issue to IRCTC authorities. Is this done intentionally by railway for benefit of Railway agents. May be IRCTC authorised agents are not allowed to book tatkal tickets from 8AM to 9AM. The main problem is congestion as most people who wants to book tatkal e-ticket across India starts using the IRCTC portal at 8AM in the morning. So IRCTC should increase bandwidth for this website otherwise we people will not be able to book TATKAL confirm ticket online.
